Professional Education and Training
The London College for Higher Education offers a wide-range of professional training programs for creative leadership in co-operation with International Management Instituions and accredited Schools of Business. All certified courses are dedicated to
professional and management education; management innovations and promoting environmentally responsible practices. All programs are full recognized as certified diploma courses.
Languages for professional certified courses are available in English, Spanish or Chinese.
Professional Certified Courses:
Technically, asset protection planning is the process of organizing one's assets and affairs in advance to guard against risks to which the assets would otherwise be subject. The phrase "in advance" warrants strong emphasis. One who is planning to protect assets must be cautious and avoid the negative implications that may follow if there are creditors who are entitled to remedies under applicable fraudulent transfer and similar laws. Asset protection planning may be applied to protect every type of asset, including an operating business or a professional practice.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Asset Manager performs a wide variety of tasks related to the planning,
development and preservation of affordable housing. The Asset Manager serves as primary conduit for the Departments of Development and Property Management.
The Asset Manager is responsible for the ongoing management, operational and partnership activities of the departments owned or operated by the company or affiliated partnerships and organizations.
The Asset Manager supervises the Director of Property Management.

The CFP certification process, administered by Board, identifies to the public that those individuals who have have been authorized to use the CFP certification marks have met rigorous professional standards and have agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism, and diligence when dealing with clients.

Mortgage Planners, Loan Processors, and Loan Officers work with clients to establish financing for the purchase of real estate. There is a great deal of administrative work involved in each of these positions. As a mortgage professional, you will be responsible for gathering client credit information and determining whether the client is able to handle the financial demands of owning property.
- Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP)
The Certified Wealth Preservation Planner (CWPP) designation is the undisputed professional credential for persons who advise clients on personal wealth management issues related to asset preservation and distribution.
The CWPP designation signifies that an individual working in this field has attained comprehensive knowledge of the following subject matter: Deferred Compensation, Estate Planning, Life Settlements, Reverse Mortgages, IRA - Individual Retirement Planning, Charitable Planning, Qualified Plans, Life Insurance and Annuities, plus more.
- Certified Wealth Preservation Planner (CWPP)
The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation is the leading professional credential for persons seeking to work more effectively with their senior clients. The CSA designation signifies that a certificant has attained the broad-based knowledge of the health, social and financial issues that are important to seniors, and the dynamics of how these factors work together in seniors’ lives.
